Who we are

Reem Stitches is an Omani clothing brand. Our website is reemstitches.om. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit or shop here, or communicate with us through the website or Instagram.

Information we may collect

We may collect information you provide, including:

• Your name, contact details, delivery address, and billing address
• Order, product, size, and preference information
• Messages, comments, and enquiries sent through our website or Instagram
• Account information if you create a website account
• Technical information needed to operate and protect the site (IP address, browser type, cookies, security logs)

We may import and store limited copies of relevant Instagram messages and comments in a private, read-only administrative workspace for customer service. This system does not send automatic replies or publish content on your behalf.

Payments are processed by approved payment-service providers. We do not normally store your complete payment-card number or security code.

How we use information

We use information as necessary to:

• Process orders, delivery, returns, and after-sales service
• Respond to messages, comments, and enquiries
• Administer accounts, inventory, and transaction records

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Instagram messages to make automated decisions about customers.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your information; object to certain uses; or withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.

To request deletion of information associated with your Instagram or website communications:

2. State that your request concerns privacy or data deletion
3. We may ask for limited information to verify your identity
4. We will review the request and delete or anonymise eligible information, while retaining records required by law or needed for security and dispute resolution

You may also delete messages or manage Instagram permissions through your Meta account settings.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including restricted access to administrative systems and protected credentials. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Children’s privacy

Our products are designed for children, but purchases, accounts, and business communications are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child without parental consent where such consent is required. If you believe a child provided information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can delete it.

International processing

Some service providers, including Meta, may process information outside Oman. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use providers that offer appropriate safeguards for personal information.
