Returns policy

Because many of our designs are prepared or made to order, please read this returns policy carefully and confirm the correct size before you complete your order.

Ready-stock pieces

If you receive a ready-stock piece with a clear manufacturing defect, or damage during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send clear photos of the piece and the issue.

The Reem Stitches team will review the case and get back to you with a suitable solution.

Made-to-order pieces

Pieces prepared or tailored specially to order, or according to measurements provided by the customer, cannot be returned because of:

• A change of mind after the order is confirmed.
• Choosing a different design or colour after preparation has begun.
• Choosing an unsuitable size.
• Providing incorrect measurements.

Please confirm all details and measurements before you confirm your order.

If the size is not right

If there was an error in the measurements provided with the order, we may try to alter or adjust the size when that is possible, depending on the dress design and the alteration needed.

Whether an alteration is possible is assessed after inspecting the piece. Not every design or size can be altered.

Some alterations may carry an extra cost depending on the work required. The customer will be told the cost before any alteration begins.

Shipping costs for alterations

If a piece is sent to us for a size alteration, the customer covers all shipping costs in full, including:

• The cost of sending the piece to Reem Stitches.
• The cost of shipping the piece back to the customer after the alteration is complete.
